"I told you, I can't come with you," you said gently, trying to act a little more reasonable for the pokemon. Greedy Randolph tried giving you all of his treasures in exchange for you coming with him, and you shook your head. "Why do you want me?" You said softly, touching the pokemon lightly, a grimace on your face. You had initially tried running away from the pokemon, but it was much too fast to do so, and would constantly pop back up in front of you. As you felt you were losing your balance, you added, "and you can't just take people, either! I can't run away from here with you."Īfter a while of collecting plenty of rare and expensive things, Greedy Randolph had set you down in a forest. "You can't just take people's possessions, Randolph!" You screamed out, flailing a little bit as you did so. Through your unplanned journey, Greedy Randolph was grabbing everything in sight of value. You had been gripping it tightly, mainly with the fear of falling right back off of it.
Gripping tightly to the ghost pokemon, you were lifted higher than you had ever been. Suddenly, you were flung onto it's back, taken away from Acerola and the kids in one fell swoop. The Gengar stared at you for a moment, before a wicked grin spread across its face. "You're not touching any of them," you growled out at the Gengar, your voice all but gentle. As the Gengar was getting just a little too close to the kids that the two of you had accompanied, Acerola stepped in front of them, and you had stepped in front of Acerola. What no one had expected was the fact that Greedy Randolph was not just a fairy tale, and in fact it was a Gengar that wanted just about everything in sight. When one of the kids that Acerola was reading to wanted to see the ruins that held Greedy Randolph, you had accompanies the three of them. You had originally met both of them when you moved to Ula'ula, and would do absolutely anything for either of them. The only two people you were genuinely close to in Ula'ula were Acerola and the Island Kahuna himself, Nanu. Through that time, you had grown a soft spot for the young girl, and looked after her as if she were a daughter to you. While you were putting away and arranging the books on the shelf, Acerola would read to the children. You had been volunteering in the library on Ula'ula with Acerola for a while now. You will have the choice between Kahuna Nanu and James from Team Rocket. AN: With this fanfiction, I did something a little different, and will be posting both endings tonight.
